Eddie Grant 2-Day MMA & No-Gi Seminar

Join Jiu Jitsu black belt and UFC/Professional MMA coach Eddie Grant for two days of practical MMA and no-gi instruction at Gracie Coos County. DO NOT MISS this rare opportunity to learn from the highest level.

The seminar will cover MMA fundamentals, striking-to-takedown transitions, no-gi control and submissions, fight IQ, and game planning. Eddie will share proven techniques and coaching concepts designed to help participants make better decisions, connect their skills, and perform more effectively in live training and competition.

This seminar is open to all experience levels, ages 14 and up. The techniques shown will be to the level of the room.
