There is a lot happening this week, so here are the important updates.

WE’RE IN — ALL COOS BAY CLASSES ARE AT NEWMARK

The move is complete.

All Coos Bay classes are now running at 1195 Newmark Ave, Unit B, and our full Fall Schedule is officially in effect.

The new schedule brings Intro Jiu Jitsu back to Coos Bay, along with Wednesday Day Class, all-levels, advanced, FREE women’s Jiu Jitsu has been extended to an hour, Boxing and Kickboxing have been brought back to 90mins, and MMA classes are back to an hour.

If you have been waiting for the move or for Intro classes to return, this is a great week to get back on the mats.

C4 FIGHT TEAM RETURNS TO THE CAGE

Ethan Knight and Kody Cochell return to represent Coos County and the C4 Fight Team this weekend at Excitefight MMA.

Saturday, September 19 at 7:00 PM
Muckleshoot Casino Events Center
Auburn, Washington

Both fighters have been putting in the work, and we are excited to see them step back into the cage.

Get Tickets Through Ticketmaster

Ticketmaster lists this as a 21-and-over event with valid identification required.

NEW ACADEMY BUILDOUT UPDATE

Classes are underway, but we are not finished building out the new space.

The main striking area is still on track to be completed by the end of September. The cage requires custom-fabricated braces, so the cage installation will extend into October.

That is a little later than we hoped, but we are making sure it is built correctly, securely, and ready for long-term use.

There is more coming to the new academy, so stay tuned.

A FULL WEEK AHEAD

New location. Fall schedule in full effect. Intro classes back. C4 returning to the cage.

Come check out the new academy, get back into your training routine, and help us support Ethan and Kody as they represent the team this weekend.

More updates are coming soon.

See y’all on the mats!
